What is it that you do exactly? What is a Web Strategist?

A web strategist is a business professional who is responsible to create and develop a company's online presence, which supports the business development strategy exclusively within the online marketplace; adheres to the online trends, utilizes the latest web technologies and services in the most effective fashion and thus enables the business to achieve its full online potential (Wikipedia).

Jeremiah has a much more concise definition: the web strategist is responsible for the long term planning and ongoing programs for a website, at least one exists at every corporation.

The web strategist responsible for balancing the three spheres of web strategy: business, technology and community.

Web thinking is what I do, web strategy is my full time job.
